About the Event

The next Indigenous Catholic Research Fellowship reading/discussion group meeting will be Monday, June 9 @ 4:30 PST / 7:30 EST.


Join us for a panel discussion Pope Francis and His Legacy in Relationship with Indigenous Peoples. This timely and thought-provoking panel will focus particular attention on the late Pope Francis' visits to Canada and the Amazon region. Together, we will reflect on themes of reconciliationsolidarity, and care for our common home.


Panelists include:


Dr. Graydon Nicholas – ICRF Co-Chair, Former Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, Chancellor of St. Thomas University


Dr. Cecilia Titizano La Fuente – Theologian and specialist in Indigenous and Andean cosmologies


Dr. Camilo Gomez-Chaparro – Interdisciplinary researcher in Indigenous spiritualities
