ICRF Symposium Travel & Accommodation Form

Please fill out this form so we know what allergies or dietary restrictions you might have; any specific accommodation needs; and the travel support you need or would like to receive if available.


We have received funding to cover the cost of the event and also provide some travel subsidies. We will proceed as follows. Once we have paid for all the event, accommodation and catering costs, as well as travel costs for select participants (elders who cannot attend unless travel is paid for, or students with limited funding), we will use the remaining funds to provide partial refunds of travel costs. We will prioritize subsidies for those who are traveling from further away at greater cost and those who have no support from their institution or another sponsor in order to attend.

Accommodations

Accommodations (single occupancy only) have been arranged at the Stuart Center for Mission (821 Varnum Street, NE, Washington DC, 20017; 202-635-7987) for December 7-8. Breakfast is included. If you are arriving earlier or staying an extra day, and wish to request an additional night, please do so below. The cost of up to one extra night will be covered.

Meals

Breakfast is included for those staying at the Stuart Center. Lunches and dinners will be provided, but we need to confirm numbers and choices. Please confirm which meals you will be present for and your dinner preference. If menu options change, we will send an updated poll.
